The evening was absolutely lovely. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Amazing view across Rutland Water. A highly recommended stay.

Brilliant stay in the centre of Oakham, comfy Bed, great sleep, Hot Shower, room recently refurbed, very good for the price! Plus free for our little dog! And free parking round the back. Would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay here. The hospitality of the host, warm welcome, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The interesting pictures and collections around the home. The delicious and ample breakfast. And although we didn't have time to look around, the view of the garden was stunning
