I came to this hotel for a weekend break unfortunately mu wife had a bad bug and was really ill our daughter then got the same I cannot thank the staff enough for there absolute compassion and understanding I have stayed in hotels all over the world but I genuinely have never experienced a team so caring I highly recommend this hotel and can't thank the team enough xxx

Arrived early morning after delayed flight, reception was great and found my room electric.charger on site to charge my car; slept.well, used the facilities in the spa the next day excellent and had a great meal at the restaurant well rested and relaxed for.my journey thank you.marrott

Everything was great ! I mean more than enough ! Quite clean room, nice size of bathroom, various and quality breakfast option, positive attitude of hotel staff. We would definitely come back when we flight from Gatwick. I wish I could explain more than this but can't find correct words that I can explain how good it was ! Just perfect 10/10. We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation and we’re pleasantly surprised with the room for the price point. The bedroom was tidy, the bathroom was clean and the staff were extremely helpful.

The boutique, 5-star Alexander House and Utopia Spa is just 6 miles from Gatwick and close to M25 junction 6 and M23 junction 10.
