My favourite local hotel , best place to stay and the staff are exceptional in what they do and how they treat me . Always friendly, great communication, knowledgeable, welcoming. Delicious food served especially the steak 🥩 with 🍟 frites and their local gin ,Essex based . I just want to acknowledge Yulia, Cody, Andra and Andreea. Location for us was great having flown from France into Stansted airport. Staff from reception check in to the bar staff and restaurant staff were all first class. A special mention to Lauren who served us breakfast with a smile and also worked extremely hard at the celebration of life function that we were attending. We will definately stay again.

The staff…first contact….were so welcoming, I felt I was at home! The comfy and clean room and bathroom room, the superb meals, and the staff make the Harvard Inn a hidden jem!!
