The man at the reception desk was extremely kind and pleasamt. I think his name is Brahim. I highly recommend him. There are 3 restaurants within a 4-5 minute walk- Auberge du Petit Mas, Bistro Régent and Buffalo Grill.

Everything was perfect, the staff, Els and Virginie, were lovely and very attentive. The building and our oom was beautiful and clean, the beds super comfortable, nice shower and bathroom and a great breakfast.

Great location for exploring Puy de Dome, Mont Dore and the surrounding area. Great views from our cabin, which was very clean and comfortable. Good WiFi for the kids and the cabin we chose included a very relaxing hot tub. Our host, Franck was exceptionally helpful, including booking a family canoe trip for us. The local bolongerie (5mims walk downhill) made breakfast very easy.
