The accommodation is modern, everything was new and in great shape. The hotel has a strong accent on eco-sustainability, and I need to add that this is without compromising comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and with good soundproofing. The complimentary rooftop infinity pool and the adjacent terrace offer wonderful views of the city. We went to Vitoria-Gasteiz during the local fiestas, and this was a great location to explore the city and attend the events. We would be happy to come back.

Incredibly nice and modern small studio, very central. We didn't use it, but the kitchen seems fully functional and well equipped. We did use the washing machine and then went to dry out clothes to a laundry place nearby which was very convenient It is possible to leave the car to one of the free parking just outside the city centre and then take a bus there (only 4 stops away with bus number 4). No problems in using the automated check-in system.

- 15min walk to the bus station (easy to go to the aiport, or to go to another city (san sebastian, etc...)) - the quality/price ratio was excellent - the people at the desk were really nice and open to help - the quality of the equipment in the room
