Great location, staff, services and facilities. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was great. The on site restaurant has great food too. Near the main Basilica and local historic attractions.

The hotel is centrally located, and a rather new alternative to the classical options for a stay in Buga. It's very well organized, lovely decorated, very clean, and provides a really familiar atmosphere. What it really makes exceptional is the staff! All hotel staff we had contact with during out stay were exceptionally friendly, helpful and pleasant, so that we really felt comfortable and save at Hotel Evocacion; e.g. what we never ever would have expected was, that the hotel gifted my wife a whole bithday cake as they realized that her birthday was during our stay. Apart from the nice decoration, our room was functional and offered all that we needed. If I would have to state something that could be improved, I might mention that in our room an additional clothes hook in the bathroom would have been very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, and would certainly consider Hotel Evocacion when we once again look for a hotel in Buga.
