Luxury and large apartment in a busy street. Train, tram and bus stations are nearby with fast connections to the airport and to the centre of Zürich. The apartment had fans in every room (very necessary when we were there), 4 TVs and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Large kitchen and large sitting areas. The apartment is owned by a company that rents out to expats and all communication goes via this company. The key is collected from a coded locker and you receive the code well before arrival.

Great choice of breakfast, besides, it started as early as at 7 am, so enough time before the flight. Location perfect - 4 minutes’ bus ride to the airport. Tramline right outside and only 10min to Zürich airport. 20-30min tram into the city. Great size room. Was upgraded which was lovely and not expected, but appreciated as it was the end of our trip where we based out if to do Zürich and Lucerne before flying home. Food store and restaurants nearby as well as in hotel. Mini bar and tea/coffee facilities which was nice.

I remember passing by this hotel in Zurich and being amazed at its location. I purposely booked a room to experience the hotel and its location this time. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Famous Paradaplatz, allowing for multiple choices for transit use, and the famous Bahnhofstrasse with its high-end shops and cafes. The hotel is also located in the city's old section, making walking in any weather enjoyable. It is also within walking distance of Lake Zurich, Bellevueplatz, Train Station, and Zurich's old, cobblestone streets. This place is at the heart of it all, with the price tag of other hotels nearby. The room was great. Due to the heavy rain on this trip, I utilized the room more than usual. I loved that the room included fresh fruit on the table, a big bottle of mineral water and a personalized note welcoming me. This was a pleasant and unexpected treat—a lovely touch and enough to want me to return. There is also a hot beverage machine with complimentary coffee and tea. I could make myself comfortable sitting back and relaxing while watching a movie thanks to the TV Chromecast allowing direct streaming from my phone to the TV. The staff was excellent!! The front desk person, Crazy-nails (you know who you are), helped me check-in. She was delightful and put a smile on my face. Very friendly and social. It made me feel more like a good friend than a paying guest. It was a very refreshing change after a tough week.
