Really helpful staff, especially on Reception. Pool was lovely. Big clean downstairs room, well appointed. Good stopping off point on the way to the south coast beeches. Attached restaurant/club had excellent food for relatively little money. We had booked a second stay there on the way back to Sydney, but our plans changed so we had to cancel last minute, but the hotel still refunded us (they didn't have to), which was nice, so I think the staff deserve special mention.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance of the shops,cafes and resturants. The staff were friendly.

We reached at 8pm and its office was closed, but reception kept our room key outside the box and allowed us to pay the fee the next day, it was so helpful and kind,thank you so much
