This is a great apartment and the hosts are really nice. The location is wonderful and really quiet. There are a lot of indoor/outdoor opportunity in this area which can easily access. Nassfeld Card is included and it means a big plus (eg. free usage of Millenium Bahn from Tröpolach to Madritsche) for those who likes outdoor activities.
