What a wonderful group of people to have representing the face of this hotel. The bed was fantastic, room was clean and orderly, and the pool and spa were lovely too. We were lucky and it was possible for us to check in earlier, which was amazing. Even if we couldn't have checked in early, it would have been possible to leave luggage with the receptionist. The hotel is brand new. Everything is very clean and fresh. We especially appreciated great quality food and coffee at breakfast. This really is the best place to stay if you arrive at Vienna International Busterminal, Erdberg - it's just around the corner and 2 minutes away from an underground station.

The hotel is easily accessible through public transport and is located at central location. The establishment has a very cosy and welcoming energy. The owners - Erwin and Daniela were very helpful and pleasent. The breakfast is not a grand bouquet of varied cuisines, but everyday a specially curated dish is served. Freshly baked rye bread, butter from the alps, home-grown honey, fruit jam, seasonal fruits, cherry tomatoes, grape juice, and a curated collection of green tea & coffee is available everyday. It was lovely to interact with other guests on the breakfast table. Daniela was exceptionally helpful in suggesting some authentic Viennese activities to make my trip even more memorable.
