Eastbourne has many facilities for short or a long stay.

Eastbourne has many facilities for short or a long stay. A pier, terraced walks along the front, pebbly beach, many bars and restaurants. The town is split into quarters such as artistic etc. If you take the time lots of nice places tucked away from tge centre. It has a modern shopping centre, very good transport both bus and rail. A Marina on the outskirts and close to exceptional countryside that is easy accessible.

Fantastic location. All staff very friendly and efficient! Had a double with sea view. Room was quite small, but adequate, with the best views of the pier and the prom! The bed was very comfortable. We ate breakfast, which was hot, plentiful and a great variety! Had drinks in the bar after an evening out. The hotel is going through a bit of upgrade of decor inside whilst still retaining its old, original features! Great location to explore the local area. Lots of shops and restaurants around the corner and the iconic pier to explore!

Hashem took me to my room and showed me where I needed to go for breakfast. Breakfast was prepared by Nasser and was delicious. My room was comfortable, warm, (freezing and snow outside). A lovely location and a very pretty hotel (listed building) and gardens. I found the hotel and staff lovely, nothing was too much trouble. If I have to travel to the area again, I would definitely stay there as it was much more comfortable than the larger chain hotels.

Excellent hotel, one of the best I have stayed at. The location is great, near to both the beach and the pier, and also to the town centre, which is very walkable. The appearance and decor are both lovely, whilst the public areas (terrace, restaurant, bar) are very comfortable. The whole hotel is very clean, accessible, and comfortable. The staff are lovely, friendly, and very helpful. I would certainly book to stay here again.

The room was very basic and the building is a bit run down, the shower had very little pressure. however for what we paid it was absolutely fine. the view was to the rear of the hotel, but that was fine we were not spending lots of time in the room. the food was very good, the bar prices were very good, the staff were friendly and helpful. we would stay again but would pay a bit more for a better room.

A wonderful guest house just 50 yards from the seafront. Excellent value for money including a good breakfast. Would recommend the Leopold room (top floor, 4 sets of stairs to go up) king superior room, nice, spacious and very clean.
